Michele Williams

Michele Williams joined The Society for Diversity in 2020, as global vice president and chief financial officer. With extensive financial services experiences at Chubb and JP Morgan Chase, Williams is a highly motivated senior finance professional with expertise in analysis, compliance, project management, and executive-level decision making. Williams employs her business and technology experience to help retain customers, diversify revenue streams and reduce risk.

Williams holds an MBA in finance from the University of Delaware and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Drexel University. She and her family are based in Delaware.
