DEIA Train-the-Trainer

In this day and age, diversity training is difficult. Yet, the realities of today’s tense political and social environment should not stop employees from learning or organizations from advancing their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

On June 19-20, 2024, The Society for Diversity will host a collaborative, interactive Diversity and Inclusion Training Lab. Ideal for individuals who need to sharpen their facilitation skills, the session provides an opportunity for you to engage with peers, while diving deeper into effective workplace training techniques.

This hands-on DEI Train-the-Trainer session will allow you to practice facilitating interactive learning experiences. You'll also receive tips and a toolkit that you can use as a model for your own training sessions.

Date: June 19-20, 2024 at 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Online - Zoom

Lead Instructor: Leah Smiley, CDE®
