The Society for Diversity's work equips the next generation of leaders to effectively operate in, or pivot towards, an increasingly diverse and complex workplace and marketplace.
Our vision is to become a globally renown organization demonstrating excellence in preparing professionals and executives for a productive, thriving career. Through advocacy, our active membership program, and our certification arm, we have developed a practice of community engagement that serves as a blueprint for building bridges across differences. Our Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® and Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)® credentials serve as international qualification standards for successful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility work.
Ultimately, we will help organizations around the world energize high performance, improve stakeholder experiences, and realize long-term growth opportunities from DEIA.
